“This is an excellent program that we encourage other pastors to participate in,” said  Paula Snyder Belousek, pastor of Salem Mennonite Church in Elida.

The Values-Based Leadership Program is designed for participants to gain a fresh perspective on leadership, one that is in tune with their faith and core values and considers their personal style and strengths. It is not only for pastors, but also for leaders in business, nonprofit organizations, and education. Learn more about this program at https://laurelville.org/our-programs/vblp.
