A Resource Team is a temporary group that carries out specific tasks identified by the Ministry Development Team. Resource Teams vary in the number of members, based on the gifts needed and the task to be done.

Currently Ohio Conference has Resource Teams working on several programs and projects. If you have an idea for a Resource Team, read the Resource Team Process document to learn more about how to start a Resource Team.

Below are some examples of prior teams:

  • Youth Worker Seminars
  • Central Christian School Review
  • Testimony in Worship
  • Ohio Conference Sunday Worship
  • Pastor-Spouse Retreat Planning
  • Conference DVD Project
