Alternate delegates suggested

We are urging every congregation to have an alternate delegate appointed for this year’s Annual Conference Assembly (ACA) in the event that one of your delegates is unable to attend either because of illness or inability to comply with the mask requirement for this year. (This guideline applies to congregational delegates.)

Because we are coming together from many different communities and out of love for our brothers and sisters in Christ, we are requiring that masks be worn during the Missional Conference and ACA. We truly value being able to have discussions face-to-face and desire participation from every congregation. For that reason, we are asking that you take this step so that your congregation can be represented as we discern together.
