Flat Menno visited Peace Mennonite Church in Elyria during June and the beginning of July. While at Peace Mennonite, he was even able to do some gardening!
Flat Menno took part in the church’s worship planning committee meeting with Mae Logan, Edna Troyer, Pastor Adam Houser and Patty Thompson.

 

Flat Menno enjoys leading from Hymnal: A Worship Book.

 

Once a month the Women’s Bible Study at Peace Mennonite shares lunch together. The women were nice enough to let Flat Menno to join them this month. Present were (clockwise) Sherry Underwood, Mae Logan, Marion King, Janet Sabo, Shirley Bradford, Mrs. Schmidt, Edna Troyer and Lois Copeland.

 

Patty Thompson even tried to share her lunch with Flat Menno, but he’s watching his figure at the moment. Also present were (clockwise) Mrs. Schmidt, Edna Troyer, Lois Copeland, Sherry Underwood, Patty Thompson, Leona Bristow, Mae Logan and Marion King.
The congregation had a time for discussion during a recent worship service. Flat Menno joined with (left to right) Patty Thompson, Rob Wolanin, Jim Thompson and Howard Bristow.
Flat Menno also wanted to join the discussion with (left to right) Mae Logan, Teresa Helm, Leona Bristow and Craig Helm.

 

Flat Menno even helped out in the Peace and Plenty Community Garden at Peace Mennonite.
Pastor Adam Houser introduced Flat Menno to the children before asking if it was okay for Flat Menno to join them for children’s time.
Flat Menno joined children’s time with Keziah, Levi, Alivea and Ethan.
The congregation recently had a service outdoors in their pavilion to enjoy the beautiful weather.
