When Flat Menno visited Dayspring Christian Fellowship, he soon found himself on the way to camp! After spending some time learning more about Dayspring, Flat Menno traveled to Camp Luz with Andrew Michaels, a member of Dayspring who also is executive director of Camp Luz.

Flat Menno helped fill
orders from Dayspring’s food pantry. Sue Bruce is one of Dayspring’s Care Ministry members in charge of the food distribution to the community.

Flat Menno saw Associate Pastor Kent Miller adding to
the list of the 1,000 gifts the members of Dayspring are recording as a church family. Rejoice in the Lord Always
was the congregation’s theme for 2012. Many from the congregation read the book One Thousand Gifts and recorded 1,000 things they are thankful for individually and corporately. The
sign in the background features Dayspring’s theme for 2013, “If My People….”

Flat Menno met five of nine Malone University
seniors who came to Kent and Cindy Miller’s house for pizza pies and s’mores before they graduate.

Flat Menno helped with worship along with Sean
Miller.

Flat Menno enjoyed leading worship music with Aaron Martin, Sean
Miller and Nate Ramer (pictured left to right).

Later Flat Menno traveled to Camp Luz and spent time with the Camp Luz board and staff at the camp’s Long Range Planning Retreat.
