Healthy Congregations Workshop
Berlin Mennonite Church will host a Healthy Congregations Workshop April 5-6. Bill Blank, associate director of the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center, will lead the workshop.
This workshop is designed for pastors, church staff, lay leaders and congregation members. Participants will learn how they can influence the health of their congregations, and how to detect and avoid unhealthy patterns of living together in community.
The registration fee includes a course manual and lunch. The fee is $40 per person or $60 per couple (with a shared manual) for all those registering by March 17. After that date, the registration fee increases to $50 per person or $80 per couple.

Berlin Mennonite Church 100th Anniversary Celebration
Berlin Mennonite is celebrating 100 years, and all are invited to join the celebration! To kick off the celebration year, the church will host a picnic on Saturday, Sept. 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. The evening will be filled with food, music, memories, children’s activities, and fellowship. The night will end with a hymn sing led by Tim Shue at 7 p.m. Everyone also is invited to join the congregation for a special worship service on Sunday, Sept. 17, from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by a carry-in meal.
