Ohio Conference is planning five fall delegate gatherings for delegates to Annual Conference Assembly. Each meeting will run from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

If a delegate from your congregation is unable to attend one of these meetings, the Conference is encouraging your congregation to send an alternate delegate. These delegate gatherings are a part of the Ohio Conference review process and will feature work with the Conference’s consultant, Jeanne Zimmerly Jantzi. We would like all dele­gates to participate in this discernment process.

Five delegate gatherings are planned:

• Tuesday, Sept. 20 ─ Oak Grove Men­nonite Church, Smithville
• Thursday, Sept. 22 ─ Beech Mennonite, Louisville
• Tuesday, Sept. 27 ─ West Clinton Mennonite Church, Wauseon
• Thursday, Sept. 29 ─ South Union Mennonite, West Liberty
• Tuesday, Oct. 4 ─ Online meeting via Zoom
