Annual Conference Assembly
March 4, 2022 - March 5, 2022
Ohio Conference Constituents,
We are prayerfully preparing for our annual time of worshipful work, centered around the theme “Befriending the Neighborhood: Am I a Good Neighbor?” based on Luke 10:25-37. We hope you will plan to join us March 4-5, 2022, at Zion Mennonite Church, Archbold, Ohio, for our 53rd Ohio Annual Conference Assembly.
Immediately prior to ACA, Ohio Conference will again hold a missional conference, also at Zion Mennonite. The worship sessions for ACA will feature a continuation of the missional conference with speakers Howard and Cathy Wagler. Howard and Cathy are church planters from Hutchinson, Kansas. We trust you will be blessed by this special addition to our weekend.
We look forward to celebrating God’s goodness together. We hope that you will be encouraged in your faith through our worshipful work in delegate sessions, a variety of workshops, dynamic worship times, and connection with others from across the Conference. We also invite you to bless others during the Friday night’s worship where we will be collecting an offering. The money given will be shared between helping to underwrite missional conference events and Project Hope/Proyecto Esperanza, a Northwest Ohio organization that provides professional legal services and education about living in the USA to immigrants from around the world.
We hope you can plan to attend the entire Assembly and missional conference as we unite to learn, worship and work together for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom here in our corner of the world.
Please register early. It helps us, and you are more likely to be able to attend the workshops of your choice.

This year we will be collecting laundry detergent and 4 packs of toilet tissue for Friendship House and Shepherd’s Circle, two organizations in the Archbold area that work at sheltering people in crisis. There will be a collection box for these items in the registration area.
Out of an abundance of caution, and to ensure the safety of everyone attending this year, we will require masks for all participants. Please note that due to space limitations, social distancing will be minimal.
We hope you will join us as we celebrate God’s Kingdom work and that you will be part of discerning the ongoing mission and ministry we do together.
