Regional delegate meetings begin this week

We are looking forward to meeting with you at our regional meetings beginning this week. Meeting dates are as follows:

• Feb. 21 — Tedrow Mennonite Church in Wauseon
• Feb. 23 — Crown Hill Mennonite Church in Rittman
• March 7 — Oak Grove Mennonite Church in West Liberty

The meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m. and last about an hour and a half.

Two of the items which will be presented at the regional meetings are a statment of proposed direction from the Leadership Team and a report from Regional Pastor Cliff Brubaker about his listening meetings with congregational leaders. Copies of both of these documents are included with this issue of Delegate News.

…if you are a delegate to Ohio Conference’s Annual Conference Assembly. Each Ohio Conference congregation is eligible to send at least two delegates (or more, depending on the number of members), as well as an additional young adult delegate. In addition, the following people are automatically delegates:

• Credentialed pastors of Ohio Conference congregations
• Ohio Conference staff members
• Ohio Conference Leadership Team
• Ministry Development Team
• Stewardship Ministry Team
• Credentialing Ministry Team
• Gifts Discernment Ministry Team
